Image Pictured subject is believed to be a covert ops researcher known in some circles as Mr. Nogatco. Some allege his true identity is (Kool) Keith Thornton.

Lots of updates on Kool Keith's Mr. Nogatco. There is a new (official?) site http://www.nogatco.com/. The site isn't complete but it's already got some good stuff on it. It's got a cool 50's sci-fi theme with some leaked documents, pictures and videos of Mr. Nogatco performing an alien autopsy.

Looking like a release is comming very soon!
