 Being as my blog resides on the interweb I must do the obligatory Snakes on a Plane post.In case you didn't know Snakes on a Plane is this years biggest block buster movie, the movie involves both snakes and a plane and thirdly Samuel Leroy Jackson. Due to the all the hype I went into the movie expecting it to be complete rubbish ... but finally a movie lives up to its hype and was probably the best cinema experience I have been involved with. The movie itself was typical of a b-grade script, sex, violence and cheesy one liners, all of which are done well/comically. The theater was packed with mostly with computer type people (as you would expect), since everyone knew the origin of the movie it created quite a good atmosphere with everyone going mental at the first site of Jackson and then snakes. When Jackson finally said "Enough is enough! I have had it with these motherfu*king snakes on this motherfu*king plane!" we were all cheering and applauding, great stuff. So in conclusion I can say that seeing snakes on a plane at the movies was fantastic, probably the most fun I have had at Hoyts, don't wait for the DVD it won't be half as fun.
