 Hi.... well what a great weekend ?_? We had a Hangi out our place. Incase you don't know what that is, its a traditional Maori way of cooking food. You light a fire in a hole dug in the ground and put some rocks in it to heat it up. Then you put out the fire, wrap up some food in tin foil then in wet sacks and bury the food. Leave it for bout 8 hours then dig it up and eat. It tastes very good. You can view Hangi photos here, also uploaded more photos to the 2000 and 5 gallery. I think that this is all.
